Lovely hotel with stunning Matterhorn view, helpful staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, renovated single rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated, with a cozy Swiss style. The balcony provided amazing views of the surrounding area and the Matterhorn. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, close to everything in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful.

Located just a short walk from the train station, this hotel is conveniently situated close to the shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with brand new showers and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, sausage, and fresh bread rolls. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The hotel also offers a sauna and outdoor sitting area for relaxation.

Some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard at times.

New Year at this hotel was an absolute blast! The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from the town and the train station, making it super convenient for exploring. And let me tell you, the view from our room was jaw-dropping! We had a room with a fine view of the mountains and it was the perfect way to wake up every morning.

The one thing we didn't love about this hotel was the limited operating hours for the spa. It was only open from 4pm to 7:30pm, a bit difficult for us to fit it into our schedule.

Hotel is well-situated, a 12-minute walk from the train station in a quiet area. Room 402 has a spacious balcony with excellent views of Matterhorn. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and spacious. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of hot and cold food options. Staff are efficient and polite.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-sited hotel with a fine view. The room, with its wooden material and clean design, was a pleasant surprise, especially with the Matterhorn right in front of me. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, making it the cleanest hotel I've stayed in Switzerland. The staff was gracious and accommodating, we were allowed to store our bags and providing helpful information. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, fine views, and excellent service.

The hotel is situated up the hill, offering stunning views of the picturesque town and the majestic Matterhorn. The rooms are renovated with a nice small outside balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious, with fresh eggs made to order.
